This Refund Policy applies to all courses, services, and products provided through kyokung.com, including but not limited to Top One Tutorial™ courses, certificates, and recommendations. By using the Website or purchasing any services, Users agree to the terms outlined below.

1.1 Eligibility for Refunds:
Refunds are only issued under the following circumstances:

• Course Cancellation: If a course is canceled by Lin Kit Kung due to unforeseen circumstances, Users are eligible for a full refund of the course fee, less any administrative or third-party transaction fees.

1.2 Non-Refundable Items:
The following products and services are non-refundable under any circumstances:

• Certificates or documents issued after User completion of requirements.
• Personalized services such as recommendation letters.
• Any courses or services completed by the User.

1.3 Refund Processing Time:
All refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Refunds may take 4–6 weeks to process, depending on third-party platforms.

1.4 Refund Currency:
Refunds will be issued in the currency used for the original transaction. Exchange rate differences or additional bank fees are the User's responsibility.

• Refunds are only granted if the course is canceled by Lin Kit Kung.
• No refunds will be issued for User dissatisfaction, incomplete attendance, or failure to achieve desired outcomes.

• This service is entirely free, and no payments are collected.
• As a non-commercial service, no refunds or compensation will be provided for any dissatisfaction, cancellations, or disruptions.

• For transactions made via third-party platforms (e.g., Teachable, PayPal, Stripe), refunds will be governed by the refund policies of those platforms. Users must contact the respective platform for assistance.

Refunds will be denied in the following situations:

• User-Initiated Cancellations: If a User voluntarily cancels a course or service after starting it.
• Violation of Terms: If a User breaches the Terms of Use or engages in any prohibited activities on the Website.
• Third-Party Fees: Any fees incurred by third-party platforms (e.g., PayPal, Stripe) will not be refunded.

Refunds may be delayed or unavailable in cases of force majeure, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters.
• Global pandemics.
• Governmental restrictions.

5.1 Users must review all services, courses, and terms prior to making a purchase. By completing a transaction, Users acknowledge and accept these refund terms.

5.2 It is the User’s responsibility to verify their eligibility for refunds based on the conditions outlined in this policy.

6.1 Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to admin@kyokung.com.
6.2 Requests must include:

• Full name of the User.
• Order number or proof of purchase.
• Reason for the refund request.

6.3 Refund requests will be reviewed within 14 business days, and the User will be notified of the decision via email.

This Refund Policy is governed exclusively by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Users agree that any disputes arising from this policy will be resolved solely under Hong Kong law.
